At Lunova Select, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return the items following our return policy.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Certain products, including personalized or custom items, sale or clearance items, and intimate or hygienic products, may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product description for specific return restrictions.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Reach out to us at info@lunova-select.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and the items you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: After contacting us, we will provide you with a return authorization and the shipping address for returning the product.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to CHINA. If you are returning an item due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
- If the return is accepted, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at info@lunova-select.com. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or refund.
